Why does it seem like my blog has stalled again? Well, for once, it's not because the fact that I had gotten sick of it but actually because I've been very very busy for the past week. Surprisingly, it wasn't homework or assignments from school, but rather an interesting, beneficial course to learn longevitology. Now I won't go into huge detail about what that is but it's basically using the human body to receive energy from the universe to energise the cells, enabling every organ to function normally.
Although we cannot save the entire world, we can save the sufferers in front of us, thus saving the entire world within us.
This course wasn't just about learning what to do when other people ask you to reduce their pain and dull their suffering. It taught us important lessons that should be applied in life. We should approach life with an open heart, a heart fill with love and understanding, not jealousy and hatred. We are only one person among millions in the world and we cannot help everyone but we are capable of assisting those in need around us and in our everyday lives. We are capable of reaching out with our two hands and lessen the pain of others. Through this, we can lighten the lives of so many others, bringing them happiness, hope and love.
This quote has taught me a lot and I believe we should all be grateful to those who have helped us, guided us, taught us, but most importantly, to our parents who gave us the gift of life.
Equip yourself with the motive of love, patience, concern and compassion; follow the principles of avoidance of desires for fame, gain and reward; remain devoid of personal passion and greed; uphold the spirit that the purpose of life is to serve others; and contribute our love and concern for our society, with the faith that these endeavors will help develop the finer and kinder side of human nature, thus enabling our families to become happier, our society more harmonised, our country stronger and humans healthier.
